Terms of Service for Abstract Consulting, LLC

Welcome to Abstract Consulting, LLC's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Confidentiality: All information shared between the client and consultant is confidential and will not be disclosed without the client's consent.

2. Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon receipt of the invoice.

3. Scope of Services: The scope of services will be agreed upon between the consultant and the client in writing.

4. Liability: Abstract Consulting, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Cancellation: If the client cancels a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged a cancellation fee.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property created by  Abstract Consulting, LLC  in the course of providing services belongs to Abstract Consulting, LLC.
